Terms of Service

Shipping:
All items will be delicately wrapped and packaged for shipment via USPS.
Any items under 13 ounces will be shipped USPS First Class with Tracking.
Any items over 13 ounces will be shipped USPS Priority with and tracking.

Refunds:
Any custom items will not be refundable. If any defects are present or occurred during shipping, proof MUST be provided, usually a picture is all we need. We will work with you to resolve the situation within reason. Please just start a conversation with us!

Should you feel you need a refund for other reasons, return of the non-custom item in exact state shipped out in is required. Shipping costs are not included in refund.

We are reasonable people, we can always work it out! Communication is key.

Health and Safety:
All products present a choking hazard. Use caution when gifting to young children or individuals that may chew and swallow small objects. No products are intentionally made hazardous and should be worn responsibly and with caution.
